OVERVIEW... Carson & Associates, Inc. is a general contractor located in Little Rock, Arkansas, serving the State of Arkansas, specializing in commercial construction. Our construction services include General Construction, Construction Management and Design Building. The company is licensed under the State of Arkansas to perform Heavy, Highway, Municipal, Utility and Building (Commercial and Residential) construction. Carson & Associates is experienced in all of the above mentioned types of construction. Our success in providing quality work, on time and within budget continues to lead us into a large variety of projects. We have also performed several major projects for agencies such as the Arkansas Building Authority, the Little Rock Air Force Base, the Pine Bluff Arsenal and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

FROM THE VERY BEGINNING and covering over four decades, Carson & Associates, Inc. has provided professional construction services on every project, focusing on maintaining customer satisfaction. Carson & Associates has received several awards for outstanding quality of work from various local, state and federal entities. Our company is the only Arkansas Company that has received Outstanding Performance Rating Certificates on four different projects completed for the US Army Corps of Engineers. This is one of the most prestigious awards given in the construction industry. The certicate states that all work was accomplished in a superior manner which reflects the efforts extended by management (Carson Harris personally) and company superintendents.

CARSON & ASSOCIATES has been with the same bonding company for over 30 years. During this time we have been issued performance and payment bonds for contracts valued in the range of $25 million for single projects and $40 million for total work. Our bonding company has not established maximum limits of bonding capacity and considers any job requested regardless of size. The company also maintains an unsecured line of credit of a $1 million with Arvest Bank and has a Evaluation Risk Rating of 1 with Dun and Bradstreet.
